Artist’s note

My name is Sergio Picazo.
Drawing is how I make sense of the world — how I slow it down, how I feel it deeply.

I create portraits, places, quiet emotions.
Each line holds a thought,
each color a moment.

I believe art should be shared.
That’s why I hold drawing workshops in shelters and recovery centers.
In those spaces, a pencil can be a lifeline.
A small light.
A way back to oneself.

My work lives between silence and expression,
between the personal and the shared.

Thank you for being here.
If something here moves you, let’s talk.
